A conditioning and fitness program for anyone over the age of 50.

The first part of the class is an instructor-led class and the second part offers individual gym time.

The fee for Golden Motion or any of the group classes is $5 for an all-day pass to attend any or all of the classes offered that day or sign up for a month to attend an unlimited number of classes and to use the fitness center facilities.

Golden Motion classes are designed to increase endurance, strength, balance and flexibility. Classes are led by an exercise physiologist to ensure safety and effectiveness for the participants.
