Patient eCards

Please use the form below to send an e-card to a patient. Cards will be printed and delivered within 24 hours Monday through Friday. Cards that are ordered on a weekend or holiday will be delivered the following business day. Messages deemed inappropriate will not be delivered. If a patient is discharged before delivery is attempted, we will try to forward to the patient.
