OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center, OSF Medical Group and OSF Home Care Services have developed a 30-acre site called “Rock Cut Crossing.” The main facility on the campus is the OSF Center for Health – Rock Cut, which offers ambulatory services, primary care and home care services.

The Center for Health – Rock Cut has been designed to provide an extraordinary patient experience. Our specially selected staff members have been trained to be attentive to your individual needs, providing comfort and reducing the stress associated with seeking medical care.
