Baby 101 (Preparation for Parenthood Classes)
Four classes that meet either on Tuesdays or Thursdays at 7 p.m. The fees are $35 for those who deliver at OSF Saint Anthony; $60 if the baby is not delivered at OSF Saint Anthony. Fees include infant/child CPR instruction.

Baby Express
Combines the information offered in Baby 101 but is presented in one all-day Saturday session. Dates vary. Held 6 to 8 times per year. Fee: $75 per couple.

Prenatal Refresher Class
Offered at the end of the Baby Express class. Fee: $25 per couple.

Sibling Class
Held from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturdays for children from ages three to 10 whose parents are expecting a baby. Dates vary; usually 6 to 8 sessions offered annually. Fee: $5 per family.

Infant and Toddler CPR classes
Offered from 7 to 9 p.m. one or two times a month. Included in the fees for the prenatal classes or $12.50 per person.

Breastfeeding class
Held from 7 to 9 p.m. on some Wednesdays. Free. Fathers are expected to attend.

Mom’s Club
Meets from 10 to 11 a.m. on Fridays in the OSF Saint Anthony Play Room. New and experienced mothers and their babies up to 12 months of age are welcome. Free. Often features speakers on various topics. For information, call the Winnebago County Health Department at 815-720-4339.
