• OSF Headache Center:  The OSF headache clinic is able to help the patient and primary practitioner navigate through multiple resources to assist in diagnosis and treatment of many types of headaches. With the use of research-based algorithm, we are able to help patients with their current treatment regimens and assist them in setting up necessary testing and diagnostics.
• OSF Memory Loss Diagnostic Center: In collaboration with Southern Illinois University and the Illinois Department of Public Health, OSF has been designated the Primary Care Center to care for patients and their families who are experiencing memory loss.  OSF is the first hospital to receive this designation in the Rockford area. Through this designation, we are able to provide patients and their families with education,  research-based and up-to-date treatments and information to help them navigate through community resources in Rockford and the surrounding communities.
• Neurological Services: OSF is the first designated Primary Stroke Center through The Joint Commission. This esteemed accreditation provides our patients and their families with the highest quality stroke care. Dr. Monica Simionescu is a stroke-trained physician who takes care of a wide variety of neurological symptoms, including multiple sclerosis, seizures, headaches, tremors and many other neurological disorders.
• Neurosurgical Services: OSF is the first hospital in the region to provide the services of three neurosurgeons to care for our patients' needs. The specialties include microscopic spine surgery, microscopic carpal tunnel surgery, and treatment of brain tumors, epilepsy, aneurysms, intracranial bleeding and trauma injuries.
